THE PROBLEM

Each day, 10,000 humans are born in the U.S.- and each day 70,000 puppies and kittens are born.

As long as these birth rates exist, there will never be enough homes for all the animals.

Every year 4 to 6 million animals are euthanized and millions of cats and kittens are left to live on the streets.

Please help us stop the cycle of unwanted animals and unnecessary killing.

FOSTER HOMES AND TRAPPERS NEEDED!!!

Loving foster homes needed always needed!!   Momma kitties and their babies need loving care until they're ready to be altered.  We also have other special needs cats that could use some special attention!

We also need volunteer trappers to help us bring feral and stray cats in for spay/neuter before they give birth to litters in the wild and the cycle starts over! This is fun and exciting way to help the feral and stray cats in the community. It's a project that can be done before and after work too!!  Trapping feral cats is key to our mission - these kitties would never get help if it weren't for kind volunteers and feral cat colony caretakers!

This web site was created by volunteer time for BSNP by a Redmond High School communications class under the direction of Mr. Carr.  A big thank you to all the students who helped and to Mr. Richard Carr who continues to offer assistance with the web site!
